I’ve held executive roles at R/GA, SapientNitro, and Zone before moving to The Dots, The "LinkedIn for Creatives." I’ve won 100+ awards including two Cannes Lions and inclusion in the BIMA 100 in 2014 and 2016. I write and speak about design and tech at Fast Company, The Drum, SXSW, and IxDA. I am a passionate advocate for diversity in the creative industries and sit on the board for Creative Equals.

"Dan has played a vital role in my career as a young designer and I feel incredibly lucky to be able to consider him as a colleague, leader, and mentor. Rarely do people get a chance to work with someone who has such a high level of experience, intelligence, and communication skills. Dan is genuine + humble, he’s fun + personable, and he’s a leader + mentor to many. It’s these qualities that create an aura of wisdom around Dan – it’s what makes you realize you’re working with someone really special." — Michael Sy Lee, Senior Interaction Designer Google
"It's very rare these days to meet an Executive Creative Director as ego-free as Dan. He is a seasoned professional, a great listener, and an excellent team member. Dan empowers anyone with a great idea to rise to the top, and mentors those still learning to get their sea legs. I have seen him collaborate successfully with members of all sorts of tribes, and at all levels, while always maintaining his relaxed demeanor. Dan makes work fun." — Paola Colombo, SVP, MD R/GA
"Dan is a rare mix of design passion, biz/client savvy, subtle but effective management, and people skills. He has been a tremendous resource working with and for me and when we've been at separate companies." — Kip Voytek, CEO Rumblefox
"Dan was a joy to work with. He's a thoughtful, intellectually honest, persuasive, and collaborative information architect. We worked with him on a variety of projects and we specifically asked for him to work with us after we had such a good experience the first time. Dan's a well-connected guy with a ton of industry experience, and I'd work with him again in a second." — Will Reed, SVP, User Experience Design Fidelity Investments
